Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines seeks a MedTech Sales professional to cover the South Luzon Territory (CALABARZON) within Hospital/Hospital Systems (Commission).

You will help achieve sales goals, support market development, visit customers, and coordinate education and tender activities while ensuring product availability and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Open to assignment within the CALABARZON region (South Luzon Territory).
• Assists in attaining established sales goals including market share objectives.
• Implements market development and field marketing activities.
• Makes regular visits and presentations to customers to gather information on orders and market conditions.
• Maintains current customers by informing new data on products handled.
• Develops new customers by product-focused presentation.
• Coordinates Professional Education activities for Healthcare professionals.
• Performs contract/tender management activities.
• Targets and manages assigned territory within budget.
• Coordinates with logistics to ensure product availability.
• Executes promotional activities to advance sales in product lines or areas.
• Assists in sales forecasting for business planning by account and submits to management.
• Prepares sales reports/documents as required.
• Relays market information to management.
