Qualifications

• Graduate in Psychology, Business Management, HR, or related fields.
• 1+ year experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficient with hiring platforms and social/professional networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Create and post job ads across channels and maintain candidate pools.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and ensure timely updates.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments.
• Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts.
• Maintain compliant recruitment records and 201 files.
• Monitor metrics and reporting on hiring progress.
• Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment activities.
