Job summary

Nestlã© is hiring a TSS Associate in the Philippines to manage end-to-end Purchase Order processes, including creation, modification, and reporting. This role supports efficient procurement operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance across all procurement transactions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with intermediate English proficiency; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Procurement experience and supplier quotation analysis (Preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, KPI reporting & analysis; SAP advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order lifecycle, including creation, modification, and reporting
Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement transactions to support efficient operations
Monitor and maintain compliance with procurement policies and frameworks
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and support alignment with Market PPA Lead directives
Support process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts
Ensure timely resolution of queries, requests, and escalations
