Job summary

Nestlé Global is seeking a TSS Associate in the Philippines to support procurement operations, ensuring timely requisitions, receipts, and issue resolution. You will collaborate with local procurement teams, suppliers, and business units to sustain supply chain continuity and quality of service.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years in procurement, experience with SAP, Ariba, and data analysis, and a strong eye for process improvement within Nestlé policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data reporting.
• Experience with SAP enterprise system is preferred.
• Familiarity with Ariba Events Management is a plus.
• Ability to extract and analyze performance indicators.
• Experience analyzing supplier quotations and procurement data.

Responsibilities

• Process and generate Purchase Requisitions and Goods Receipts per policy and SLAs.
• Resolve Parked/Blocked items and GR/IR issues timely.
• Communicate with suppliers, BUs, and buyers to ensure delivery.
• Maintain high data quality and compliance with Nestlé policies.
• Lead operational meetings and contribute to process improvements.
