CEVA Logistics is seeking a customer operations professional in Manila to manage end-to-end shipments, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery. You will monitor status, assist with billing readiness, and align with SOPs and control requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in logistics or customer operations, strong English communication, and excellent coordination to support Operations, Sales, and support teams. Onsite/implant support may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication for customer interaction.
• Able to communicate shipment status, issues, and actions clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipments from booking to completion with timely updates.
• Maintain shipment milestones and visibility, support billing readiness and revenue recognition.
• Follow approved SOPs and work instructions; identify gaps and improvements.
