Job summary

TigerUX in Manila is seeking a highly agile Multimedia Designer to support Employer Brand and Talent Attraction campaigns. You will own end-to-end creative execution across graphic design, multimedia assets, photo and video production, and post-production— delivering platform-ready formats for social channels.

The role requires a strong portfolio and 3–5 years in multimedia design, proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, and a keen eye for branded storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional multimedia design experience.
• Experience delivering campaigns with measurable engagement or brand outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Creative & Multimedia Execution across assets for employer branding campaigns.
• Conceptualize visuals for social media, career sites, and digital ads.
• Lead or support photos and video shoots for storytelling.
• Handle video editing, color correction, sound polishing, and motion graphics.
• Deliver platform-optimized formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams.
• Iterate visuals based on performance data and feedback.
• Stay ahead of design trends and AI-assisted tools to boost efficiency.
