Job summary

UC (University of Cebu) seeks a dedicated HR Assistant – Employee Relations and Engagement to support employee welfare, engagement, and workplace relations within the institution.

You will assist in implementing employee engagement programs, address concerns, promote a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations, while collaborating with faculty and staff. Experience in HR or administrative work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or BSBA HRDM is required.
• Experience in employee relations or engagement is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
