Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an Employee Engagement Expert to design and implement initiatives that strengthen our culture and keep teams motivated. You will craft content, coordinate events, and lead communications across departments.

This role partners with IT, design, and marketing to optimize digital channels, monitor budgets, and report on engagement metrics. A 3–5 year background in project or events management is expected, with a degree in Marketing, HR, or related fields.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years work experience in project, change, events management.
• Event and project management skills; Effective planning & organizing skills.
• Strong proactive problem solving skills, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication skills with all levels of management and staff.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Human Resource, Hospitality, Psychology, Public Relations, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the vision, mission, and values of the company.
• Plans and organizes engagement activities and communications including analyzing iSpeak, Collab Index, and other surveys in partnership with HR.
• Partners with IT, graphic design, and marketing partners to assess, develop, manage, and measure digital communication channels.
• Responsible in the forecast and management of the engagement budget.
• Conducts weekly/monthly review to monitor progress vs. plan and provides report as needed.
