Job summary

Wilson Human Capital Group Philippines is seeking a detail-focused Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment across Early Careers campaigns. You will partner with Recruiters and client stakeholders, own candidate pipelines, screen applications, and manage assessments to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

The role requires strong communication, ability to balance multiple priorities, and proficiency with recruitment systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-volume recruitment support in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder relations with recruiters, hiring managers and clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment activity across assigned Early Careers campaigns, partnering with Recruiters and client stakeholders.
• Own candidate pipelines, ensuring applications progress efficiently and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Screen applications, complete structured assessments and produce high-quality longlists.
• Manage recruitment assessments, including psychometric testing and video interviews.
• Provide timely, accurate communication to candidates and answer queries throughout the journey.
• Ensure fair, inclusive recruitment processes and manage adjustments as needed.
• Produce recruitment reports, monitor progress and identify pipeline risks.
• Maintain accurate systems and documentation for campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to achieve hiring outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Attraction team.
