Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end selection process from screening to offer.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Present top talent to clients and help overcome objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and process.
• Maintain relationships and satisfaction with clients and candidates.
• Meet weekly and monthly submission and hire targets.
• Update ATS reports and related administrative tasks.
