Job summary

You will assess scenes, control bleeding, perform CPR when needed, and promptly refer or transport patients under established protocols. Responsibilities include maintaining first aid kits, conducting drills, and ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations and infection control measures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional emergency response certifications preferred.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification recognized by Philippine authorities or similar organizations.
• BLS/ACLS certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Philippine safety standards and DOLE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid to employees needing assessment.
• Control bleeding and promote recovery.
• Assess scene safety and transfer victims to secure area.
• Preserve life in emergencies and manage scene efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain first aid kits and medical supplies.
• Perform CPR for cardiac arrest.
• Participate in drills and training to maintain preparedness.
• Other tasks as assigned.
