Job Description
- Provide immediate first aid treatment to employees and visitors during workplace incidents.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with external medical services when necessary.
- Perform CPR and basic life support as required.
- Maintain first aid kits, emergency supplies, and medical equipment to ensure readiness.
- Record and report all medical incidents and treatments provided.
- Assist in emergency drills and safety exercises.
- Support the Safety Officer in promoting workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Monitor employee health concerns and provide basic medical assistance as needed.

Qualifications
- Must be DOLE-accredited First Aider, trained and certified by the:
- Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) or any recognized first aid training organization under DOLE
- Certification must include Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR).
- Skilled in first aid, CPR, and emergency response techniques.
- Ability to stay calm during emergencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of DOLE OSH standards is preferred.
- Able to work in a team, especially in emergency situations.
- Physically fit and able to respond quickly during emergencies.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules if needed.
- Good moral character and professionalism.
- Prior experience as a first aider, emergency responder, or health assistant is an advantage.
- Experience handling minor medical incidents or emergencies is a plus.
