Kaizen Asia Safety Management and Testing Company is seeking a proactive First Aider to provide immediate medical assistance to employees and maintain a safe work environment. You will respond to accidents and emergencies, oversee the first aid kit and supplies, and document incidents while coordinating with local medical responders as needed.

Strong communication and composure under pressure are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid Training/Certification.
• Preferably with BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience as a First Aider, Safety Officer or similar role.
• Knowledgeable in basic first aid, emergency response and workplace safety.
• Physically fit and able to respond quickly during emergencies.
• Responsible, alert and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and basic medical assistance to employees
• Respond to workplace accidents and medical emergencies
• Maintain and monitor the first aid kit and medical supplies
• Record and document first aid cases and incidents
• Assist in emergency preparedness and evacuation activities
• Coordinate with medical personnel or emergency responders when necessary
• Promote basic health and safety awareness in the workplace
