Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Research and Development Manager (Meats and Sauces). You will lead product development, establish quality standards, and ensure regulatory compliance across regional markets within a hybrid work setup.

The role requires a BS in Food Technology or a related field, 5 years in R&D for meat or sauces, and willingness to travel. PFT license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a food-related field.
• At least 5 years of extensive R&D experience in a food manufacturing setting, preferably meats or sauces.
• PFT license is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end product development from concept to full production.
• Set up and standardize product and process standards within regional guardrails.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to ensure timely launches.
