Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Process Improvement Manager for EMEAA. The role focuses on integrating and developing store management processes, using new technology to raise systems excellence, store efficiency, and new store models.

Responsibilities include aligning RS initiatives with EMEAA business results, partnering across functions, and guiding projects from exploration to post-evaluation to deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Postgraduate studies in Engineering or Business Management are preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in food service operations or QSR, with at least 3 years in supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Leads in developing continuous improvement programs for store service systems, equipment, tools, and processes.
• Evaluates technology solutions for significant and cost-effective process improvements.
• Manages key projects through exploration to post-evaluation with cross-functional teams and strong communication.
• Reviews and endorses proposals to ensure financial feasibility and alignment with business directions.
