Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Director, EMEA Technical Advisory to head Consulting Delivery for our largest customers in the region. You will lead a 100+ person team and partner with executives to shape strategy and ensure successful Autodesk solution adoption.

You will drive regional revenue targets, build capacity plans, recruit top talent, and foster a culture of excellence while working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading customer-facing organizations.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with budget allocation and resource optimization.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to recruit, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk customers’ industry needs.
• Understanding of consulting metrics and KPIs with data-driven insights.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on superior customer experiences and long-term relationships.
• Ability to travel up to 30% per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 100+ employees responsible for Consulting Delivery and contribute to customer success and adoption.
• Develop and execute regional strategic plans for the local Consulting Delivery team.
• Define regional Consulting Delivery requirements and capacity plans.
• Achieve annual regional revenue and bookings targets and successful adoption of Autodesk solutions.
• Engage with senior customer executives to demonstrate thought leadership and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery and positive customer experience.
• Attract, hire, and retain elite consultants and foster career development.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to improve service delivery efficiency and team effectiveness.
