Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Product Owner & Business Analyst experience in software development.
• Ability to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release-ready requirements.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and leading discovery-to-delivery activities.
• Strong communication across technical and leadership audiences.
• Proven Agile Scrum experience and capability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end discovery and requirements for complex features and cross-team initiatives.
• Facilitates Story Mapping, Design Thinking workshops, and workflow visualization sessions.
• Defines high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution options including Gherkin where appropriate.
• Owns backlog refinement, supports sprint and release planning, and leads stakeholder demos.
• Triages bugs and collaborates with testers to ensure coverage and quality.
• Mentors junior PO/BA and strengthens team practices for backlog prioritization and storytelling.
