Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Trainer to be the pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services team. You empower clients to master our Collaborative Learning platform and methodology, ensuring long-term engagement beyond basic usage.

You will own the "One-to-Many" engagements (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars), delivering scalable learning ecosystems and aligning with product releases. Collaboration with Customer Success and Product teams is essential for addressing client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer or successful client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care.
• Excellent writing skills in multiple styles/tones and impeccable spelling and grammar in English and other languages.

Responsibilities

• Master our Platform's core user experience and the Collaborative Learning methodology.
• Host Stadium webinars and Academy workflows; align with latest product releases.
• Identify updates to Engagement Academy; contribute to Confluence with best practices.
• Lead projects to improve the One-to-Many strategy and gather insights from Product Managers.
