Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Payroll Processor (EMEA) to oversee end-to-end payrolls for multiple countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in a hybrid setup. You will liaise with HR/finance and external providers to ensure accurate, on-time pay cycles while maintaining cross-border compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of multi-country payroll experience in the EMEA region, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with major HRIS/payroll platforms such as

Qualifications

• Hands-on multi-country payroll processing experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA statutory deductions, tax filings, and social insurance.
• Experience with external payroll providers and in-country partners.
• Proficient in Excel (advanced functions, Pivot, reconciliations).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field is required.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end payroll calculations for multi-country EMEA entities on monthly/bi-weekly cycles.
• Audit, reconcile, and validate payroll inputs including adjustments, reimbursements, and overtime.
• Review vendor outputs and resolve discrepancies prior to sign-off.
• Coordinate payments to tax authorities, banks, and benefit providers.
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit trails across jurisdictions.
