Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards that empower data-driven decisions across the organization. The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights, automating reporting processes, and ensuring data accuracy while collaborating with business leaders, customers, and technical teams.

You will build and improve BI solutions, validate data sources, and present findings with clear visualizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or reporting.
Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis techniques.
Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, SAP BO, Oracle BI) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems to support operational and strategic reporting.
Produce recurring and ad hoc reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Analyze trends and performance metrics using statistical methods and visuals.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and tech teams to define reporting requirements.
