Job summary

SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking an Enablement Engineer / Deployed Engineer in Boston to embed AI capabilities inside our organization. This role builds internal products, automations and AI-powered workflows across functions such as Sales and R&D, aligning delivery with engineering and product leaders.

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy, you will collaborate across teams, ship working software, and advance SCRUM practices while ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a senior engineer or product manager background from a top tech company building complex products.
• Experience deploying AI functionality or AI enablement within an organisation.
• Strong hands-on software delivery; AI fluency is essential (LLMs, automation, modern AI tooling).
• Dialed into modern engineering and product practices (SCRUM, code reviews, retros).

Responsibilities

• Build internal products, automations, and AI-powered workflows embedded across the company.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership on team structure, roadmap discipline, ownership, and modern ways of working.
• Deliver tooling that improves how each function—from sales to R&D—operates.
• Provide tech reporting and monitoring to track internal performance.
