Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to lead end-to-end AI deployments within its business divisions, embedding with teams to scope, design, build and roll out production solutions.

You will work with generative AI, LLMs, Python, and full-stack systems, collaborating with the central AI platform to drive adoption and translate complex domain needs into scalable, real-world apps.

Location: Philippines, Taguig City. Role level: Professional / 5.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Proficient in writing and reviewing production-grade Python code across frontend and backend.
• Proven track record architecting scalable solutions from prototype to production.
• Experience managing technical priorities in Agile environments.
• Strong communication translating AI capabilities to business language.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of AI deployments from discovery to production rollout.
• Embed with business stakeholders to translate domain needs into technical solutions.
• Architect, build and deploy AI apps powered by large language models and generative AI.
• Co-develop and enhance TP ICAP’s AI service platform with central AI & Innovation Lab.
• Drive adoption by measuring production usage and presenting outcomes to leadership.
