OKTOBER is a remote-first Shopify retention agency, and we’re looking for a dedicated Email Designer to craft emails and pop-ups that convert for ecommerce brands. Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one-time buyers into loyal customers.

You’ll own deadlines, build email design systems, work with Figma (auto-layout, components), apply generative AI, and seek design directions. Expect flexible remote work and meaningful collaboration with 8-figure+ brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of email design experience in an agency environment.
• Portfolio required.
• Hands-on Figma experience (auto-layout, components, local styles).
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini).
• Curious, team-player and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Design emails and pop-ups for ecommerce brands (incl. gifs & animations).
• Develop Email Design Systems to ensure consistent output.
• Own deadlines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Pro-actively look for design directions/inspiration.
• Help our design team work smarter and better.
