Job summary

Oktober is hiring an Email (UI) Designer to join our fast-growing Shopify retention agency. You will craft email and pop-up designs for ecommerce brands, building design systems and ensuring consistent output.

We require 2+ years of email design experience, hands-on Figma with auto-layout and components, and familiarity with generative AI tools. You are curious, collaborative and ambitious, ready to shape our agency's creative direction while working remotely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of email design experience and portfolio required
• Hands-on Figma experience (auto-layout, components, local styles)
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Gemini) and a curious, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Design emails and pop-ups for ecommerce brands (incl. gifs & animations)
• Develop Email Design Systems to ensure consistent output
• Own deadlines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
• Pro-actively explore design directions and inspiration

• 2+ years of email design experience (portfolio required, non negotiable)
