Paired is seeking an Email Marketing Graphic Designer for a leading ecommerce email marketing client. This full-time role in the Philippines offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on results.

You will lead the email design team, work with the client’s in-house designers to craft high-converting campaigns, and ensure mobile-friendly, visually compelling emails that align with brand guidelines and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing innovative email marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Able to receive and implement constructive feedback quickly.
• Passion for email marketing and pushing creative boundaries in this channel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the email design team to produce conversion-focused campaigns.
• Collaborate with the client’s in-house design team to concept and evolve campaigns with art direction.
• Iterate on campaign designs in an Agile environment, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Arrange brand assets, product imagery, logos, and copy into engaging layouts.
• Create mobile-responsive, spam-filter-friendly emails for a great user experience.
• Partner with Copywriting and Development to move campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the email design team to produce exceptional and conversion-focused email campaigns
• Collaborate closely with our client's talented in-house design team to concept and evolve aesthetically pleasing and high-converting email campaigns, providing ongoing art direction and oversight to ensure visual excellence across all projects
• Work iteratively on campaign designs, keeping up with the fast pace of an Agile development environment, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to level up campaign performance
