CrucialPoint Agency is a precision retention marketing agency that specializes in email, SMS, loyalty and lifecycle marketing for D2C brands. We’re looking for an Email Implementation Specialist to own the technical side of email for our US ecommerce clients, building, testing and deploying campaigns inside ESPs and ensuring deliverability.

You’ll code responsive emails from Figma designs, fix rendering across major clients, QA rigorously, and manage lists and segmentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on email implementation for D2C / US ecommerce brands.
• Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience (flows, segments, campaigns, templates).
• Strong HTML/CSS for email: you can build a responsive email from a Figma design and fix it when it breaks in Outlook.
• A careful, repeatable QA process; you catch errors before anyone else does.
• Working knowledge of deliverability and compliance (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Clear professional English, written and spoken.
• Able to work at least 4 hours within US Mountain Time business hours daily.
• Self-starter: organized, resourceful, and able to manage several brands’ deadlines with minimal direction

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart and browse, post-purchase, win-back) in Klaviyo and similar ESPs
• Code and edit responsive HTML/CSS email's and templates, and fix rendering issues across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and mobile
• QA every send before it goes out: links, dynamic content, personalization, UTMs, dark mode and mobile rendering
• Set up segmentation, personalization, conditional splits and dynamic content
• Manage lists, imports, tags, suppressions and database hygiene to protect deliverability and stay compliant
• Monitor deliverability (bounces, spam complaints, inbox placement) and troubleshoot issues
• Set up A/B tests and pull performance reports with clear takeaways
• Work from briefs, copy docs and Figma designs from our strategists, copywriters and designers, hitting tight deadlines across several brands

The Role

We’re looking for an Email Implementation Specialist to own the technical side of email for our D2C clients. Our strategists and copywriters plan and write; you build, test and deploy it inside the ESP, and make sure every send lands in the inbox and looks right on every device. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the details, catches mistakes before clients do, and can fix a broken flow without being told how. Not a job for someone who needs hand-holding.
