Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to plan, build, and grow our email program. You will manage campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, write engaging email copy, and drive improvements through performance data.

Ideal candidates have hands-on email marketing experience with ecommerce brands, own the channel from planning to reporting, and are fluent in written English with strong copy skills. Familiarity with segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and schedule email campaigns for promotions, product launches, and newsletters.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize automated flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back.
• Write and edit subject lines, preview text, and email copy that match the brand voice.
• Create and manage audience segments based on customer behavior, engagement, and purchase history.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
• Watch key metrics such as open rate, click rate, conversion rate, and revenue, and report results with clear recommendations.
• QA every email before it is sent, including links, mobile and desktop rendering, and personalization.
• Keep an organized email calendar in step with upcoming promotions and product launches.
• Keep lists healthy and follow deliverability best practices.

Email is a key growth channel for us, and a hands-on Email Marketing Coordinator will plan, build, and grow our email marketing program. You will manage campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, write engaging email copy, and use performance data to keep improving results. Proven email marketing experience, ideally with eCommerce brands, and full ownership of the channel from planning through reporting make for the ideal fit.

• Direct hands-on Klaviyo experience (Klaviyo certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
• Experience with SMS marketing
• Basic design skills in Canva or Figma for email visuals
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing email templates
• Able to handle several concurrent campaigns with consistent quality
