Job summary

DigiHyre is seeking an experienced e-commerce email marketing specialist to lead strategy, content planning, and campaigns for a remote role. You will manage weekly newsletters, product launch sequences, and seasonal promotions, while building automated flows and segments to optimize KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven e-commerce email marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or Omnisend.
• Solid grasp of automation, segmentation, and ecommerce KPIs.
• Ability to create email copy and designs independently.
• Excellent written English, with ability to produce quality German content (with AI support).

Responsibilities

• Build weekly and monthly email calendars (around 1–2 newsletters per week).
• Create promotional, educational, product story, and community-focused campaigns.
• Plan full email sequences for product launches, pre-launches, and limited drops (teasers, announcements, reminders, follow-ups).
• Run seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday and Christmas.
• Audit existing flows and fix gaps; build and optimize flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, cross-sell, upsell, loyalty).
• Build customer segments based on purchase behavior and engagement; track KPIs.
• Write subject lines, copy, and CTAs; design mobile-friendly emails.
• Localization: create content in English and translate to German (AI ok; final quality strong).

Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

Strategy & Content Planning

• Build and manage weekly and monthly email calendars (around 1–2 newsletters per week)
• Create promotional, educational, product story, and community-focused campaigns
• Suggest new campaign ideas to grow engagement and revenue

Launches & Campaigns

• Plan full email sequences for product launches, pre-launches, and limited drops (teasers, announcements, reminders, follow-ups)
• Run seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday and Christmas

Automation & CRM

• Audit existing flows and fix gaps
• Build and optimize flows: welcome series, abandoned cart and checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell and upsell, win-back, and loyalty

Segmentation & Analytics

• Build customer segments based on purchase behavior and engagement
• Track KPIs such as open rate, click rate, conversion, revenue per recipient, and email revenue
• Run A/B tests and monitor deliverability and list health
• Share regular performance reports with clear recommendations

Creation & Localization

• Write subject lines, copy, and CTAs, and design mobile-friendly emails
• Create content in English and localize it into natural German (AI tools are welcome; final quality must be strong)

What You Bring

• Proven e-commerce email marketing experience
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or Omnisend
• Solid grasp of automation, segmentation, and e-commerce KPIs
• Ability to create email copy and designs independently
• Excellent written English, with the ability to produce quality German content (with AI support)
