Job summary

C9 Staff Inc. is seeking an Email Implementer with strong HTML/inline CSS experience to join a US-based, remote marketing team. You will manage client email setups, segmentation, and automation workflows, ensuring QA and compatibility across devices and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in email development, hands-on Braze and Salesforce experience, and excellent English communication. This is a full-time remote role with opportunities for growth and collaboration with top US brands.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in email development.
Proficient in email HTML and inline CSS.
Experience with Braze.
Experience with Salesforce.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Agency experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication, time management and organization.
Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Set up the client's email client for full usage.
Upload, segment, and clean lists periodically.
Set up segmentation based on engagement.
Set up email flow construction using templates and HTML.
Set up newsletters, autoresponders, and other automated communications.
QA of email proofs including narrative, subject lines, terms, tracking links, device compatibility.
Conduct email split-testing as needed.
Handle third-party integrations and use of custom codes.
Analyze and interpret email client reports.
Coordinate with the internal Email Marketing team to execute campaigns.
Troubleshoot HTML with inline CSS and create full HTML when needed.
