Job summary

SGS is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist in the Philippines to design and optimize email campaigns, manage automation journeys, and segment audiences. You will build emails in Eloqua, ensure data hygiene, and run A/B tests to improve performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor campaign performance, and maintain compliance with data governance standards. Hybrid onsite work may be required during affiliate integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience with Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or SFMC.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and lead flows.
• Comfortable with HTML email editing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, marketing automation workflows, and audience segmentation to support business and marketing objectives.
• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including email builds, QA, reporting, performance analysis, and compliance with data governance standards.
• Build and test emails using templates/modules/dynamic content; conduct A/B tests and optimize performance.
• Produce dashboards and insights for the UK team; ensure compliance with data and privacy standards.
