RELX is seeking a Campaign & Marketing Campaign Specialist to support email campaigns across regions, focusing on asset creation in Eloqua and activation workflows. You will monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve customer experience and optimize journey effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital and campaign management.
• HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create email customer journeys and manage end-to-end email campaign support.
• Build and ensure timely activation of prescribed campaign canvases based on customer lifecycles.
• Create standard emails using prescribed templates and content provided by the marketing teams.
• Perform internal testing and quality checks to ensure assets follow guidelines.
• Create and present post-campaign reports with insights/recommendations.
• Manage campaign calendars and timelines within turnaround times.
• Contribute to team initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions.
