Job summary

3M is seeking a capable coordinator to support packaging and artwork production. You will deliver artwork on time, liaise with internal clients worldwide, and lead simple to moderate changes within brand guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years in packaging/design, strong English communication, and solid project coordination skills. You will collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day artwork production tasks and ensure SLAs are met.
• Be the first point of contact for internal clients worldwide delivering artwork on time.
• Lead moderate production art changes, approvals and asset retention.
• Understand artwork for different print methods and color reproduction.
• Manage changes in-house via Adobe Creative Suite with accuracy.
• Ensure artwork complies with brand guidelines and packaging requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing, manufacturing, packaging engineering, regulatory and external agencies.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Day-to-day tasks require proficiency within the Adobe Creative Suite, art production activities, standard procedures and execution performed according to agreed SLAs.
• This position will act as first point of contact for our 3M internal clients from all around the world delivering artwork on time in full.
• Focus on leading moderate to simple production art changes, approvals and asset retention.
• Understand how to build artwork for different print methods.
• General understanding of color reproduction.
• Ability to manage simple to moderate changes in-house via Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deliver all artwork with consistency and accuracy within brand guidelines, while effectively managing details and proof-reading artwork.
• Understand packaging artwork requirements, including working with die lines, net contents, regulatory and warning texts, color and printing methods.
• Collaborate across many functions/disciplines within 3M (marketing, manufacturing, packaging engineering, regulatory, etc.) and with external agencies and printing companies.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills, keeping projects on brand, budget and on time.
• Manage project estimates, budget and timelines with external partners.
• Adapt and work well with defined approaches, systems, best practices and processes.
• Lead with a flexible mindset.
• Monitors activities of the agency to meet expectations.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years relevant working experience in packaging, design, marketing, printing or art production.
• Experience in Project Coordination/Management
• Knowledge of master data
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Teams
• Good knowledge of Power BI or SQL
