Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads provided by the client, with no cold calling.
• Build trust with affluent, senior, and high-net-worth travellers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand travel preferences and budget.
• Present curated options, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions.
• Address objections and guide clients toward informed bookings.
• Manage multi-week sales cycles with proactive follow-ups.
• Convert leads into bookings while meeting sales and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with tour operators to finalize bookings.
