Job summary

Eastvantage in Taguig is seeking a Luxury Travel Specialist to manage warm inbound leads from affluent travelers. You will guide clients through a personalized, consultative sales journey in luxury hospitality, building trust and closing bookings.

You will work from our BGC office in Night Shift aligned with Canada time, handling multi-week sales cycles, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with travel operators to ensure seamless handoffs.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience handling high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent organisation and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads provided by the client—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Build trust and rapport with affluent, senior, and high-net-worth travellers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients' travel preferences, motivations, budgets, and expectations.
• Present curated travel options, itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions. Address objections and guide clients toward informed booking decisions.
• Manage multi-week sales cycles with consistent follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Convert assigned leads into successful bookings while achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead stages, and document client interactions.
• Coordinate with tour operators to finalize bookings and ensure a smooth client handoff.
