Job summary

ARDESIA RESORT & SPA in Angeles, Philippines, is seeking a Concierge Services professional to greet guests and provide tailored recommendations, reservations, and transportation arrangements while upholding resort hospitality standards.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Engineering to fulfill guest requests, assist with arrival and departure, and maintain accurate records of inquiries and bookings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• Have a DRIVER'S LICENSE (able to drive a golf cart).
• Prior experience in concierge, front office, or guest relations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with reservation systems.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Welcome guests, provide accurate information, and deliver personalized assistance.
• Reservations & Transportation: Arrange dining, spa, tour, and transportation services (airport transfers and golf carts).
• Guest Recommendations: Provide up-to-date guidance on local attractions, dining, shopping, and activities.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Engineering to fulfill guest requests.
• Arrival & Departure: Assist with luggage, VIP requirements, and check-in/out support.
• Logs & Records: Maintain accurate records of requests, reservations, and logs.
