Job summary

DBS is seeking a Sales professional in Mumbai to grow the client base and manage relationships with DBS products and services. The role emphasizes acquisition of new-to-bank clients with high net worth and deepening wallet share through strategic cross-sell, while maintaining excellent service standards.

You will collaborate with DBS Service, Distribution, and Product teams to meet monthly and annual targets, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a trusted presence in the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed bank and proficient in banking products.
• MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Graduate (10+2+3 years of education) is required.
• AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certifications with BCSBI would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and upgrade NTB clients with focus on high-net-worth segments and AUM growth.
• Drive local market penetration through self-sourcing, referrals, branch walk-ins and community engagement.
• Ensure cross-sell and up-sell of DBS products and services to deepen wallet share.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service levels through proactive relationship management.
