Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager in Vashi to drive new account openings and cross-sell banking products. You will source salary accounts from corporates, activate services, and build strong internal SME networks in the branch catchment area.

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong sales and communication skills, and a readiness to obtain IRDA/AMFI certifications after joining. A customer-focused, target-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation or Post Graduation completed.
• Strong sales and networking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal and target oriented mindset.
• IRDA & AMFI certification preferred (must after joining).
• Good banking knowledge and digital skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area.
• Source salary accounts from corporates with quality leads.
• Activate accounts, UPI linkage, and balance milestones; promote bank products (Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF).
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events in catchment area.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage SME connections.
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing for lead generation in catchment areas.
