Job summary

DBS invites applications for a Relationship Manager based in Borivli, Mumbai. You will acquire and engage DBS clients with AUM targets, deepen wallet share, and drive cross-sell of DBS products while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance, risk reviews, and high customer satisfaction, building enduring relationships with affluent clients and contributing to DBS’s growth in India.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed bank.
• Proficiency in banking products and local market.
• AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI/BCSBI certifications are an added advantage.
• Graduate (10+2+3) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and upgrade quality clients in the branch to Treasures segment.
• Engage with existing customers to deepen wallet share and AUM.
• Ensure activation of e-Channels and Savings Book growth.
• Drive and deliver exemplary customer service in the local market.
• Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through DBS sales process and risk reviews.
• Collaborate with DBS Service, Distribution and Product teams to meet objectives.
