Job summary

Glendale Electronic Components Pte Ltd on Aljunied Road seeks a procurement professional to source, negotiate and purchase from vendors to support projects and sales. You will work with the Production team for planning and build strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day procurement, handling documentation, maintaining system data, and ensuring continuous supply while evaluating supplier performance on quality, delivery

Qualifications

• 2-3 years working experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
• Diploma in Engineering or GEC O / ITE Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
• Good exposure in sourcing /procurement environment.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and purchase from vendors to support projects and sales.
• Work with Production team and support in planning.
• Create and maintain good relationships with key vendors to ensure quality and on time delivery.
• Assisting in day-to-day procurement operations.
• Assist in all procurement documentation related matters in a systematic order.
• Manage and maintain data in system promptly.
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate and supply issues which may pose a risk or impact on business delivery targets and customer expectations.
• Work closely with team and ensure smooth material support.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standard, delivery time, best price and ensure all criteria are met according to organization requirements and expectation.
