Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency in process design, optimization, and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement and maintain production process flow including improvements and revisions on work standards, instructions and other technical documentations
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles for waste reduction, increase production efficiency and optimize workflows
• Support new model evaluation run (ES, AMP, PLS, MP)
• Analyze and apply problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues
• Supports projects related to process improvement, system implementation, and production floor design
