Job summary

TDK Philippines Corporation seeks a dedicated Process Engineer in Laguna (Biñan) to support slider/HGA fabrication processes. You will contribute to equipment engineering, qualification activities, and technical reporting while applying RCA, FMEA, and DMAIC methodologies.

The role requires an engineering background, experience in electronics manufacturing, and ability to prepare formal reports and procedural documents. Attending trainings and seminars related to slider fabrication is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with related disciplines.
• 2+ years actual exposure in slider/HGA fabrication process engineering, or 4+ years overall.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing setup, especially equipment engineering.
• Has prepared qualification/evaluation reports or procedural documents.
• Attended at least 2 technical seminars/trainings related to slider fabrication.
• Knowledge of RCA, FMEA, DMAIC, SPC and QC software is required.
• Proficient in report writing and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of various electronic materials.
• Ability to repair simple mechanical or electrical devices.
