Sercomm Philippines Inc. is seeking a diligent Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, establish, and optimize production processes for electronic products.
You will support New Product Introduction (NPI), including process development, line setup, trial runs, and a smooth transition to mass production. You will monitor yield, productivity, cycle times, and downtime, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot abnormalities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
Develop, establish, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic products and assemblies.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process development, line setup, trial runs, and transition to mass production.
Monitor and analyze process yield, productivity, cycle time, downtime, and defect rates to identify improvement opportunities.
Investigate process-related issues and perform root cause analysis to determine appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Troubleshoot production process abnormalities and provide timely technical support to the production line
Support engineering changes and ensure proper implementation of revised processes and product requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure production targets are achieved
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Preferably with experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCBA/SMT, assembly, testing, or related manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and production troubleshooting.
Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
