• Knowledge of Philippine technical standards and regulations.
• Strong English communication and technical report-writing skills.
• Experience in World Bank/ADB/JICA or foreign-assisted infrastructure projects is favorable.
• Willingness to sign a Certification of Commitment for bid submission.

About the Role

Join a project-based engineering team supporting a World Bank-funded public school retrofitting project in Metro Manila. The Electronics and Communication Engineer will oversee and monitor the installation, rehabilitation, and integration of electronic and communication systems, ensuring compliance with approved plans, applicable technical standards, and project specifications. Employment starts upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Review electronics and communication drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Supervise and monitor the installation of electronic and communication systems.
• Inspect communication networks, structured cabling, security systems, and other relevant electronic installations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and project requirements.
• Review equipment specifications, material submissions, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with electrical and other engineering disciplines.
• Identify technical issues and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
• Prepare inspection reports, progress reports, and technical documentation.

What We're Looking For
