Millennium Erectors Corporation in the Philippines seeks an Electronics Engineer to design, prepare, coordinate, and review low-voltage and electronic systems for construction projects. You will ensure compliance with codes and standards and support execution from design to commissioning.
Key responsibilities include preparing plans for CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, telecoms, and other ELV systems; sign and seal drawings; review submittals; conduct site inspections; and
Responsible for the design, preparation, coordination, and technical review of electronic and low-voltage systems for construction projects. The role ensures designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements and supports implementation from design through construction and commissioning.
Design and prepare plans, drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documents for electronic and ELV systems.
Design systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, telecommunications, public address, security, and other low-voltage systems.
Sign and seal engineering plans and design documents within the scope of professional practice.
Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine codes, standards, and regulations.
Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.
Review shop drawings, material/equipment submittals, technical specifications, and design revisions.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions to design and installation issues.
Provide technical support during pre-construction, construction, testing, and commissioning.
Assist in quantity takeoff, cost estimation, value engineering, and system optimization.
Participate in design coordination meetings and client/contractor consultations.
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering.
Professional Licensed Electronics Engineer (PECE) with a valid PRC license.
Must be qualified and authorized to sign and seal electronics engineering plans and designs.
With experience in electronics/ELV design for construction projects, preferably ground-up projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering design software.
Strong knowledge of telecommunications, security, fire alarm, structured cabling, and other ELV systems.
Knowledge of applicable Philippine codes and construction standards.
Strong coordination, technical, and problem-solving skills.
