Job summary

Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc. (ULPI) is seeking an Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across our factory facilities in the Philippines.

You will support project execution, troubleshooting, servicing, and safety compliance with engineering and maintenance teams. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of electrical experience, preferably in solar projects, knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code, and TESDA NCII (preferred).

Qualifications

• Electrical Technology graduate with relevant training.
• Minimum 1 year of electrical experience, preferably with solar projects.
• Knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code and industrial systems.
• TESDA NCII certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend toolbox meetings and uphold safe work practices.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and shift duties.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/control systems (low voltage, switchgears, MCCs, lighting).
• Maintain factory systems: weighing scales, motors, drives, control devices.
• Support mechanical, civil, and motorpool electrical needs.
• Handle water pump, motor, and transformer servicing.
• Install and maintain transfer, buying, and receiving line systems.
• Monitor and service Temp-Hum sensors and gateway connections.

Purpose of the Role:

As an Electrician at Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc., you will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across factory buildings and facilities. Youll support project execution, troubleshooting, servicing, and compliance with safety standards, working closely with engineering and maintenance teams.
