Job summary

SRAGCircle OPC is seeking a full-time Electrician to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The role covers installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for renewable energy equipment, with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will be responsible for wiring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance across production lines, transformers, and control panels, while adhering to LOTO procedures and local electrical codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus a vocational diploma, technical degree, or completed apprenticeship in electrical technology.
• Valid electrician license or relevant certification (such as NC II and above).
• Proven hands-on experience with industrial wiring, three-phase motors, and control panels.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, SPD, ELCB, earth grounding systems and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in using electrical tools and testing equipment (e.g., multimeter, voltage testers).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Route, connect, and terminate power cables, control wiring, and conduits for production lines and machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections of circuits, transformers, and distribution panels to eliminate potential hazards and prevent unplanned factory downtime.
• Utilize multimeters and testing instruments to rapidly diagnose short circuits, wiring faults, or voltage irregularities in automated systems.
• Perform wire splicing, replace damaged switches or circuit breakers, and repair faulty motor wiring connections.
• Strictly adhere to workplace safety regulations, implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and comply with local electrical codes.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs to keep electrical systems running efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed.
