Job summary

Balibago Waterworks System Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to support maintenance and operations within the pump station infrastructure.

The role includes regular checks and preventive maintenance on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) across motor control systems, ensuring clean MCC cabinets and correct VFD parameter settings to align with branch needs. Responsibilities

• To conduct regular checking and maintenance every six (6) months to one (1) year of Variable Frequency (VFD’s) for all motor controls of pump stations.
• To maintain cleanliness of motor controls cabinet MCC.
• To check set parameters of VFD’s to assure alignment for the branch operating requirements. This will protect the VFD unit for unnecessary change of VFD parameter setting of Pump Operators/ end user.
