Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead in the Philippines to manage preventive and breakdown maintenance across farm facilities.

You will oversee electrical, mechanical, and control systems, prioritise repair work, and ensure rapid restoration of operations to prevent revenue loss. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering and willingness to perform field work and relocation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance and related projects.
• Recommends work priorities based on farm house status for downtime impact.
• Conducts routine inspection and servicing of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Inspects equipment and notifies supervisor for corrective actions.
• Repairs and troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Performs testing/servicing during preventive maintenance schedules.
• Responds to call-outs to restore operations quickly and minimize losses.
• Assigns tasks to subordinates in absence of supervisor.
• Documents daily, weekly, and monthly work accomplishments for review.
• Keeps work area tidy and stores tools/instruments safely.
• Observes company rules, safety, and biosecurity regulations.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Job description

Key Task Responsibilities:

• Leads the maintenance activities, i e preventive and scheduled, unscheduled maintenance, and other related project activities.

• Recommends work priorities with reference to the actual farm house status especially during unscheduled and preventive maintenance or when certain work orders may cause downtime: submits these recommendation to superior for evaluation and approval.

• Conduct routinary inspection and servicing of electrical fan motors, feeder system, lighting system, water pump system, motor control system and power generating.

• Inspect, check and observe operating characteristic of various electrical equipments and mechanical and notify immediate superior for corrective measures.

• Repair and troubleshoot defective or malfunction electrical, mechanical, control system.

• Conduct testing / servicing of all electrical, mechanical and control systems during preventive maintenance schedule.

• Respond to call out to troubleshoot and restore within the least possible time to prevent loss of revenue and damage to equipment.

• Assigned work to the subordinates in the absence of the superior.

• Log work accomplishments in daily, weekly, monthly basis and submit such to the superior for review.

• Performs proper house keeping within assigned work area and take charge of proper storage / safe keeping of test instruments, tools and supplies.

• Observe and comply with all existing company rules and regulations, policies, special instruction or orders and safety and bio security rules and regulation.

• Perform other related task that may be assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• Must be a holder of a bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering;

• Must be willing to do field works and be relocated.
