Job summary

You will assign daily tasks, monitor progress, inspect installations, perform troubleshooting, and maintain records of maintenance, tests, and incidents, while training junior staff to uphold quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Assign daily work and monitor job progress.
• Inspect electrical installations, wiring, panels, motors, lighting, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and technical problems.
• Monitor material usage and request supplies when necessary.
• Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare daily work reports, maintenance records, inspection reports, and incident reports.
• Train and guide electricians and junior technicians.
• Maintain records of equipment, repairs, preventive maintenance, and spare parts.
