Job summary

NAC Energy Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Electrical Design Supervisor (Project-Based) to review, validate, and supervise all design works for a Solar Power Plant from PV field to grid interconnection, ensuring compliance with PEC, IEC, IEEE and contractual requirements.

You will coordinate with EPC contractors, QA/QC teams, and regulatory bodies, supervise documentation readiness before energization, and oversee site implementation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with licensed status preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, testing/commissioning methods, and interpretation of drawings and specs.
• Experience with solar power or renewable energy construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate all design documentation submitted by the EPC contractor.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify design gaps, risks, and coordinate timely resolutions with stakeholders.
• Review technical drawings, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure document control and traceability of issued and revised design records.
